LOVE YOUR FEET BLEND
Are your feet tired at the end of the day? Being a nurse, I’m on my feet all the time! By the end of the day, they ache so bad….wouldn’t it be nice to have a foot massage every evening??
Well, this essential oil recipe for tired feet is pretty darn close! I got this recipe from Dr Eric Zeilinski and his wife, Mama Z, and i am in love!!! It gives a cool tingly sensation to your feet that lasts through the night. Here’s the recipe…
LOVE YOUR FEET BLEND
5 drops peppermint essential oil
5 drops lavendar essential oil
5 drops wintergreen essential oil
Put into a 10 ml roller bottle and fill the rest of the way with a carrier oil of your choice. I use fractionated coconut oil.
Apply, prop those tired feet up, and let the oils do the work😉 That’s a rap for tonight!
Pain Be Gone Essential Oil Blend
Recently, I’ve been studying essential oils in depth and learning the vast majority of it through Dr. Eric Zielinski. He has a new book out called “The Healing Powers of Essential Oils” which is definitely the bible of essential oil guides in my opinion! While reading his book, I found the following recipe for pain. Last year, I strained the muscles and tendon in my arm making it very painful to lift, pull, or even perform any kind of activity with my arm. I’ve done exercises, used heat therapy, and even prescription topicals with no luck. This injury has been especially insulting to me since I have dairy cow. Her milking routine is twice a day and I ended up having to dry her off early because I was unable to milk her. Now, she has calved and the milking regimen has resumed! I made this recipe and I’ve gotta tell ya….it is miraculous!!! My pain is minimal to none!!! Here’s the recipe:
25 drops Copaiba
25 drops Frankincense
25 drops Sweet Marjoram
Mix together in a 10 ml bottle witg a lid. This will be your base. Now, take 15 drops of your base and add it to a 10 ml roller bottle. Fill the rest of your roller with a carrier oil. I use fractionated coconut oil. Shake and then apply the roller solution to the area of pain every 4 hours as needed
